Using materials such as paint, drawing tools, or clay, we create opportunities for emotions to be expressed in ways that words alone sometimes cannot reach. The process is unhurried and responsive to your individual needs. There may be conversation, quiet focus, or a natural blend of both.
Art therapy is not about producing perfect artwork. It is about curiosity, self-discovery, and compassionate exploration. Each appointment provides a safe environment to pause, reconnect with yourself, and gain insight at your own pace.
