I am a Creative Arts Therapist supporting parents, carers, and individuals navigating life transitions, emotional stress, and family challenges.

Many stages of life can bring significant change, including pregnancy, motherhood, postpartum adjustment, perimenopause, menopause, retirement, ageing, or the loss of a loved one. These transitions can affect emotional wellbeing, confidence, and the ability to cope with daily life. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences and reconnect with their inner strengths.

Using Creative Arts Therapy within a trauma-informed and inner strengths-based approach, I support clients to develop emotional regulation, improve self-esteem, and build resilience. Creative processes can help people express feelings that are sometimes difficult to put into words, supporting healing, clarity, and personal growth.

I also have a professional background in Education Support, working with neurodiverse students across both primary and secondary schools. This experience allows me to support parents who may be navigating the challenges of raising neurodiverse children, including emotional, behavioural, and learning differences.

I bring a unique dual perspective to my work: the professional experience of a therapist and the grounded wisdom of being a mother to eight children. Together, these perspectives allow me to create a space that is both professionally informed and deeply understanding of the challenges children and families navigate.

My work focuses on supporting individuals and families to strengthen wellbeing, build confidence, and find practical ways to move forward during challenging times.
